Life full of Managers!

An official meeting is going on in a conference hall room.
There are 100 employees in that room. 
Out of that 99% are managers. 
How many managers must leave the room to bring down the percentage of managers to 98%?

Yesterday was a successful fishing day for James. He caught a fairly large golden fish. As he started to measure the fish, he realized that his scale was too short to measure the same.

However he decided to measure in parts(head + body + tail). He somehow measured the Head and found it to be 10cm long. He then measured the Tail to be = (half the Body length + length of Head). 
If the Body length = (length of Head + length of Tail), help James in calculating the total length of the Fish.

Mystery of closed boxes

In a contest, four fruits (an apple, a banana, an orange, and a pear) have been placed in four closed boxes (one fruit per box). People may guess which fruit is in which box. 123 people participate in the contest. When the boxes are opened, it turns out that 43 people have guessed none of the fruits correctly, 39 people have guessed one fruit correctly, and 31 people have guessed two fruits correctly.
How many people have guessed three fruits correctly, and how many people have guessed four fruits correctly?

How will you place four points so that they are equidistant from each other.

The mystery point on globe

Suppose you stand at a point on globe where, by walking 1 mile South, then 1 mile East and then again 1 mile North you reach to the same point from where you had started. The question is how many such points exists on this globe.
