Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE) is the team responsible for driving Microsoft’s expanding Cloud Infrastructure and powering the mission of the “Intelligent Cloud.” Currently, they are seeking a Principal DFT Lead Engineer to join their ranks.
Some of the Key requirements are as follows:
A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Over 12 years of experience in the field of Test.
An excellent understanding of the technical and business impacts of DFT (Design for Testability) features, tools, flows, and method design choices. This encompasses considerations related to power, area, performance, effort, testing, and debugging.
The Lead Engineer will manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of product DFT (Design for Test) requirements. Additionally, they will support individual contributors in their career growth.
