Technical Skills (Must Have) ----------------------------- Having 10 to 15 years of Salesforce Experience cloud As a Salesforce Team Lead one should have good hands on LWC, Apex, Trigger Patterns Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies. Well-versed with the Lightning framework Ensure availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues. Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements. Create unit testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation. Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices. Understand technical and functional design requirements. Contribute to the team’s standards of development. Experience across development and cloud-based technologies including object-oriented languages, and the Salesforce technology stack (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL) Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practice Good to have ------------ Good to have knowledge on the standard Agile principles and ceremonies Good hands on the experience on the Salesforce Configuration'
