Openings in American Express for the Below Profiles:
1.Process Manager/Sr. Process Manager - Risk & Compliance
Qualifications: -
• Graduate mandatory, Postgraduate (CA/CS/ICWA/MBA- Finance/ CA Intern preferred) 
• Prior experience of P2P operations,Process Improvements-Risk & Compliance
• Must be detail oriented Working knowledge of Amex systems will be preferred – Oracle , Milli , Axiom , IVU etc. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

2.Assistant Manager – Business Analytics
Qualifications: -
• Post graduate degree in quantitative field (e.g. MBA, M. Econ, M. Stats) with one to three years of work-experience in analytics industry. 
• Applied experience in Base SAS, SAS Macros, SQL in a UNIX environment; JAVA, PYTHON, R, PIG, HIVE etc. 
• Experience manipulating large datasets, data mining and synthesizing databases; knowledge of Big Data platforms and programming. 
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in effectively in a team environment.
• Competency in standard data mining and customer segmentation techniques such as decision trees, clustering, or neural networks, etc.
3.Financial Analysis Manager
Qualification & Experience:
• The incumbent should either be Chartered Accountant / an MBA from premier institute with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. 
• Should have problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation. 
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact independently with senior business partners / customers etc. 
• Reporting and analysis experience will be an advantage. 
• Familiarity with US GAAP and financial accounting experience is preferred.
 • For an internal candidate, Knowledge of company policies, businesses, Finance processes and systems is desirable 
• Must be proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 • Should have strong results orientation, project management, collaboration and co-ordination abilities.
4.Analyst/Senior Analyst
Requirement:
• Any Graduate with 1.5 -3yrs of experience
• Prior corporate experience in audit, testing and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
