Work you’ll do
 
 
·       Will have to work with various stakeholders as an advisor to help the team define and implement sustainable, strategic initiatives related Hyperion
·       Will have to Collaborate with other teams within Deloitte on delivery of professional and leadership /Non-Technical development programs
·       Will be responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of HFM and Oracle FCCS applications
·       Will focus on technical delivery and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables
·       Will work independently with minimum technical/functional direction from the leads
·       Will provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core EPM processes including Consolidation and Reporting and Account Reconciliations to translate into system solutions
·       Will be expected to contribute as an individual player or lead a team of developers to implement a solution, manage day-to-day reporting and delivery
·       Will be identifying and escalating issues critical to the strategic and operational success of the implementations
·       Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till Hypercare
·       Will be expected to manage team, fill team review feedbacks, do a Quality review of other projects in practice
·       Will be owning modules and provide guidance to junior staff on their deliverables
·       Will be expected to contribute towards various practice building activities like sales pursuits, proof-of-concepts or demonstrating prototype of the solution and training, building accelerators, eminence, whitepapers for practice
·       Will be a coach to 4-5 practitioners, will be responsible for Mentoring them and represent them at Year Ends
·       Will drive strategic initiatives that support F&EP offering

Qualifications
Required:
·       Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA
·       7-10 years of experience in implementation of Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS and/or Oracle FDM/FDMEE/Data Management
·       2-3 years of Oracle FCCS implementation experience
·       Good Project Management/Project Leading skills
·       Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle FCCS
·       Hands-on experience in building, customizing and leading HFM/FCCS Solutions
 
·       Hands-on experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards and creating complex business rules to cater custom consolidations
·       Deep understanding of the metadata, dimensions and their attributes along with the inter- dimensional relationships
·       Proficient in creation of Business Rules – Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations
·       Must have a good knowledge of Intercompany accounting, currency translations, financial statement presentations, and reporting standards (IFRS / GAAP)
·       Experience in provisioning users and should be well-versed in the user roles
·       Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
·       Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM reporting modules such as HFR, EPRCS
·       Must have successfully lead full life cycle of the project
·       Must have prepared proposals, lead RFP delivery, product trainings
·       Exposure to traditional and Agile project delivery
·       Should have strong negotiation skills and strong understanding of preparing project scope, charter, work breakdown structures
·       Ability to design the solution and handle ambiguity
·       Conduct cost-benefit analysis to make proposals related to design, development, and delivery
·       Understanding of cloud based SaaS and PaaS market offerings
·       Should have excellent Excel, VB and Jython Scripting skills
·       Technical knowledge of scripting is essential for writing custom Integrations and EPMA Automation
·       Knowledge of upgrade & migration from On-Premises to Cloud
·       Build trusting relationship within team and outside, contribute to building a positive and nurturing team culture
·       Should have excellent Excel and Power point presentation skills
·       Excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills
 
Preferred:
·       Should have experience of 3-4 end to end implementations in Hyperion System 11.x
·       2-3 implementations of FCCS solution
·       Deep understanding of functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
·       Should be involved in the Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Enhancements and Performance tuning of HFM and FDMEE applications
·       Industry expertise in domains like Media and Entertainment, Consumer and Industrial Products, Banking, etc.
·       Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
·       Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Finance and Enterprise Performance Technology Solutions and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of F&EP initiatives
·       Should be involved in the Prototyping, planning for Enhancements and Performance tuning of HFM and FCCS applications
·       Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management
·       Preferably have experience with automation and scheduling tools including EPM Automate
·       Ability to train internal staff of the advanced Hyperion Financial Management/Oracle FCCS and Integration tools in the EPM suite of products
·       Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
·       Good to have knowledge of any RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server
·       Should have Technical certifications (e.g. Oracle Hyperion Certified Professional, Oracle FCCS)
·       Ability to train internal staff of the advanced Hyperion Financial Management/Oracle FCCS and Integration tools in the EPM suite of products
·       Experience of application migration from On-premises to Cloud
