Job Description
Looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience.
Apart from Skills mentioned above:

• Must have seen at-least one CMMi implementation cycle (either CMMi Level-3 or 5).
• Preferable to have knowledge/awareness of PPB and PPM.
• Candidate should have good understanding of project/process metrics.
• Candidate should have good understanding of CMMi model (Level-3 and above).
• Good communications skills.
• Experience of interacting with Business Teams/Delivery Teams.
• Must have knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

 
Job Responsibilities
Candidate will require to work with the CMMi Process Team/Delivery Assurance Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate teams on Quality management system (per CMMi model).
2. Conduct internal Audits for assigned projects.
3. Collect data from projects and perform metric analysis and reporting.
4. Carry out Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) activities. 
5. Should be able to conduct trainings

 
Department/Project Description
Department: DM-India
Candidate will work with CMMi Team/Delivery Assurance Team. Candidate is replacement of Shikha Mehta who is moving to PMG Team.
