Experience: 10+ years in technology space with 3+ years of people management.
Education: BS in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent.
Tech Expertise: Must have designed, implemented and delivered either enterprise class software that deals with client-server architecture or noteworthy mobile applications. Must be proficient in Java or any other relevant programming language like Swift. Must demonstrate strong fundamentals in problem solving and computer science.
Execution Excellence: Demonstrated excellent project execution skills when faced with competing priorities while managing constraints.
Strong Leadership: Influenced product/business direction and applied strategic, tactical thinking when required to produce clear action plan. Able to take fast decisions with calculated risk while demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Innovation: Demonstrated innovation as a key trait that reflect in the products delivered.
People Passion: Proven experience in recruiting, setting direction/goals and leading multiple engineering teams. Must have directly managed people growth, reviews and mentored team members.
Nice to have skills:
Experience in designing and building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
Knowledge of React or React Native, mobile web development is a plus.
Experience in solutions deployed to cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc).
Knowledge of web application security and multi-tiered server architecture.
Knowledge of Online Advertising Industry, Big Data processing and analysis.
