Designation : Associate Consultant
Required Skills:
• Relevant working experience and exposure on vision plus is a must.
• Exposure to CMS / FAS/ ITS - TRAMS - MBS  modules/sub systems etc is must
• High level understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers
• Understanding of COBOL,CICS,VSAM,JCL  file structure must
• Very good communication skills
• Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

Desired Skills
• Nice to have exposure on  File-Aid/File-Manager, REXX, DB2, TWS/CA7,  Online-Expeditor, Changeman/ Endevor.
• Ability to analyse the functional and technical documents and translate them into coding solution.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts

Designation: Consultant

Required Skills:
• Relevant working experience and exposure on vision plus is a must.
• Experience in CMS / FAS/ ITS / TRAMS / MBS  modules/sub systems etc is must
• Expertise in anyone of the above subsytems is must.
• Good understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers
• Good understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
• Should have worked on SIT, UAT , functional, Conversion, migration projects,batch support.
• Understanding of COBOL, CICS,VSAM,JCL and DB2 file structure must
• Nice to have exposure on  File-Aid/File-Manager, MQ Series, REXX, DB2, TWS/CA7, Batch and Online-Expeditor, Changeman/ Endevor.
• Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Articulate and facilitate conversations delivery team; client
• Should be flexible to work in shifts
• Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude

Desired Skills :
• Nice to have knowledge on Visa and Master card regulations related to credit cards.
• Hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment
• Good to have hands on experience of managing Fraud solutions like Falcon/TRIAD and Datawarehouse
• Experience of working in an Agile Environment is a definite plus
• Prior experience of working in partnership card environment is a big plus

Designation : Senior Consultant

Required Skills
• Indepth  understanding of the VisionPLUS 8.0+ enterprise architecture
• Relevant working experience and exposure on vision plus is a must.
• Exposure to CMS / FAS/ ITS - TRAMS - MBS  modules/sub systems etc is must
• Expertise in anyone of the above subsytems is must.
• Detailed understanding of business processes behind the Cards sub-systems and the functionalities that it delivers
• In detail understanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters.
• Hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment
• Understanding of COBOL, CICS,VSAM,JCL and DB2 file structure must
• Ability to clearly chart out functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of the solution when provided with a complex problem or requirement
• Prior experience in business analysis and domain consulting
• Ability to review requirements, come out with multiple solutions and provide a clear choice decision using factors including estimation, simplicity-complexity of solution and fit into the overall architecture
• Ability to resolve conflicts arising out of a parallel development
• Excellent communication and customer management skills
• Prior experience of working in partnership card environment is a big plus
• Articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners, delivery team; client
• Should be flexible to work in shifts
