Job Description

Java, Spring, RESTful microservice, React, Angular
• 10+ years of experience developing software, primarily with object-oriented languages such as JAVA/J2EE 
• Expert hands on development experience using JAVA, Spring Boot. 
• Experience in building large scale performant distributed systems with RESTful micro-services. 
• Experience with client side JavaScript framework such as React, Angular. 
• Deep understanding of and extensive experience applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles. 
• Expert in applying software design principles, data structures, algorithms. 
• Developed high traffic backend services 
• Refactor existing codebase and in understanding existing implementations to decide to refactor or rewrite. 
• Participates in design and code reviews and competently review any aspect of the system or sub-system for their domain 
• Can quickly navigate and understand complex code and architecture. Can triage and resolve issues with no supervision. 
• Being seen as the go-to architect for the domain. 
• Works well within a team, and contributes effectively to the success of the team and related teams. 
• Identify Performance bottlenecks and use good coding patterns to avoid them 
• Strong debugging and problem resolution skills 
• Help identify and fix performance, scalability and other issues in a time critical manner. 
• Develops efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction 
• Experience with developing high standard unit test cases. 
• Experience with Amazon Web Services. 
• Experience in strong data architecture, SQL development, AWS Database Aurora and DynamoDB. 
• Mentors other engineers and developers by providing technical and business related guidance and resources
