Job Description
Basic QualificationsA bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of experience is required
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and CS fundamentals
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong Design and architectural skills
- Proficiency in Java/C++ or any OO language on a Linux/Unix environment and excellent coding skills
- Experience using SQL.
- HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS experience is nice to have
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of experience is required
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and CS fundamentals
- Strong Design and Architecture skills
- Strong in problem solving
- Exposure to a Machine learning and natural language processing are a big plus (not mandatory)
- Exposure to Tier-1 We Services which can scale and are highly available and reliable would be another plus.
- Big Data Technologies like Kinesis and other open source equivalents is another plus
