Technical & Professional Requirements
Experience range: 5+ yrs., -Bachelor's or equivalent degree,•Should have functional consulting experience in Point of sale domain,•Good understanding of point of sale processes including Inventory Management functions,•Ability to probe and gather requirements, document the requirements and build requirement traceability,•Ability to develop process flow diagrams,•Ability to conduct functional workshops or solution demos,•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,•Ability to interface with client functional teams,•Oracle Xstore (Point of Sale) implementation/configuration experience (preferred),•Ability to develop functional design documents,•Perform Defect Traige & support QA activities,•Excellent Client handling skills,•Ability to guide and mentor junior team member
 
Responsibilities
•Gather functional requirements and develop L3/L4 processes,•Develop functional design documents,•Conduct demos to internal and external stake holders,•Ensure technical team understand the exact requirements and perform periodic QA of the development,•Produce test scenarios and test cases,•Work in collaboration with technical and QA teams,•Participate in design discussions with client
