Technical & Professional Requirements
Minimum Experience required: 5 years,• Analytical and quantitative skills ,• Policy administration, compliance consulting experience. ,• Creation and execution of auditing, monitoring and reporting processes,• Administration of Correction action plan (CAPA), written policies and procedures,• Value Proposition creation, Business Impact Analysis and communication,• Preparation of Training materials and delivering compliance training,• Good to have Certification or End-to-End implementation experience to AML, KYC, CDD, MiFID, BCBS, HIPPA compliance frameworks., •Location of posting is driven by business needs.
Responsibilities
• Work with Infosys and client teams to understand/define/refine the “Next Generation” Information Management Security Framework. ,• As a Data Privacy / Compliance lead, you will be responsible for reinforcing a culture of treating Information as an asset within the business, and for developing and embedding processes and controls for the Information managed in Client Organization. ,• Work with Infosys and client teams to identify the people, process, and technology capabilities required to deliver desired solution, and then plan for the implementation of those experiences. ,• Manage approval and submission of timely and accurate contract and regulatory required report deliverables.,• Conduct periodic assessments to ensure compliance against regulatory requirements.,• Oversee creation and implementation of corrective action plans to reduce or eliminate risk resulting from non-Compliance with regulatory requirements or performance deficiencies.,• Collaborate with business process owners where applicable, to maintain / improve customer satisfaction specific to delegated functions and compliance with Contract requirements. ,• Manage composition and delivery of responses to state / regional regulatory agency complaints and inquiries. ,• Determine licensure requirements and administration of ongoing licensure maintenance, including research in markets and timely filing for recurring deliverables such as license renewal, contract renewals. ,• Support responses to “Request for proposals” and business implementations by completing assigned compliance tasks timely and accurately.,• Design, implement and improve processes to prevent, detect and respond to compliance issues and concerns related to all federal, state regulatory requirements and contract requirements. ,• Participate in new business implementations, including the identification and tracking of required regulatory report deliverables as well as new reporting and provider/ mentor materials.
