".....Personally ABB GISL has more opportunities than ABB India. There is a very good chance of global movement and also the cash in hand seems to be less but when you are on site or any kind of travel (which surely will happen) then the allowances one gets and the facilities provided are amazing and it is at Par with any software company. Apart from that you will get to work on different kind of projects internationally so your profile and knowledge both improves a lot.
Fully European culture so not much work load and very good work life balance . But during end phase of the project one might have to stretch the timings a bit."
