Job Description
A GLOBAL SERVICE TALENT SCOUT proactively identifies, advocates, and solves complex staffing needs whiles facilitating a connection of people to current and future demand (existing and proactive).
RIGHT CONNECTIONS AND CONVERSATIONS NEEDED
•Provide transparency to opportunities and the demand pipeline and discuss priorities and current/future fulfillment gaps with business leadership
•Collaborate with Talent Connectors across multiple MUs to find opportunities for our people and enable all options for staffing open demands
•Connect people to projects for large/complex ramp-ups as the business requires by working with and directing talent connector teams (attend key calls, generate metrics). Help prioritize demand fulfillment channels both internal and external keeping in mind overall business strategy in mind
•Partner with business teams (e.g. Solution Architects, Client executives) to review and validate sourcing strategies for large, complex project ramp-ups.
•Work closely with business leadership to verify prioritization of talent needs and ensure early visibility to demand pipeline (including development roles for Analysts and Apprentices)
•Connect with Service teams to provide aggregate delivery opportunities and risks and help resolve fulfillment of overdue roles
•Build strong, trust-based relationships with business group leadership with the intention to work together to address the skills needed to deliver on all open demands. Report to the business leadership the staffing overview during the staffing calls as necessary (leveraging our existing suite of tools)
•Foster a culture of ONE HR Team by collaborating with Talent Futurists, HR Partners and sharing expertise and coaching with Talent Connectors to build their decision making, collaboration and problem-solving skills

- Advanced intermediate in English and Excel
