Job Description
- Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Has technical & functional skills and knowledges, knows the different user types (personas) acting in his area, their need, experiences, behaviors, and goals.
- Experience: 10+ years in multinational environments.
- Looking for a SuccessFactors expert- Must have experience within Talent Suite – SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- It will be advantage if you have experience in any of Performance and Goal Management, Succession and development, data retention rules, role-based permission, integration center, and API basic knowledge.
- It will be advantage if you have experience in Degreed implementation, or integration with SuccessFactors including Degreed and other third-party systems.
