2. Own features and deliver them with the highest quality
3. Deliver trustworthy and differentiated experiences to Travel users on Microsoft canvases 
4. Develop travel related experiences for exploration/planning/booking travel journey on Bing. 
5. Fundamentals: champion and set example in security, supportability, usability, performance, accessibility of the product.
