Job Description
• Customer Operations | modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service CPQ Process Consultants in the Quote-to-Cash (CRM, CPQ, CLM, Billing) capability within the practice are required to have: • Eight+ years consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience. Experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials • Experience in onsite technical roles on at least four full-lifecycle Lead-to-Cash projects, with strong application, integration, and data migration technical solution and implementation expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Salesforce CPQ and Billing, Vlocity CPQ, • Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and supporting technologies • Experience defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions • Experience supporting sales pursuit teams • Desire to learn additional in-demand Lead-to-Cash emerging platforms • A Bachelor’s degree, Master Preferred or advanced degree in the area of specialization Preferred • Salesforce Sales, CPQ and Service certified • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Experience solutioning, and implementing Salesforce • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) • Strong Business Analyst Skills – Ability to run Agile ceremonies like Backlog Grooming sessions • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
