• Gather data, understand the client key deal related questions and issues, formulate data driven insights
• Works across M&A/PE investment due diligence life cycle
• Execute set of analyses to support business and deal related processes
• Ability to understand the operational metrics and associated deal related risk
• Work closely with Deloitte Transaction Advisory team and Client in analyzing volume of data and generate value/insights for the Client for them to make rightful decision/investment
• Lead and develop transaction services analytics team and demonstrate strong quality execution and delivery
• Ensure key stakeholders are informed of progress and projected outcomes
• Ability to use multiple analytics techniques to answer the Client questions related to the deal

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in analytics (Degree in accounting or finance or computer science)
• Strong Experience with data analytics tools such as MS SQL, Power BI or other BI/ETL tools such as Alteryx
• MS Excel data modelling using Power Pivot and Data Model
• Any programming or scripting language such as Python
• Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred
• Proficiency in presenting the outcomes to the Client
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects to completion independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment

• Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to lead and manage significant client engagements.
• Must possess a consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services.
• Experience in mentoring, leading teams for transaction services data analytics
• Must be flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
