The Custom CPU Performance & Power Team at Qualcomm, Bangalore is hiring across multiple experience levels. This is your opportunity to work on both traditional Arm-based solutions and next-generation custom CPUs—all within the powerful Snapdragon ecosystem that powers mobile, compute, automotive, AR/XR, IoT, wearables, and more.
•    Analyze performance aspects of the Snapdragon CPU subsystem.
•    Project CPU subsystem performance for upcoming chips on ARM platforms.
•    Correlate pre-silicon projections with post-silicon measurements—on both performance and power.
•    Characterize post-silicon behavior: Power, Vmin/Fmax, DPM/Limiters.
•    Identify optimal power-performance curves and push CPU silicon to its limits.
•    Conduct Vmin search and speed path analysis.
•    Characterize performance features and feed insights back to modeling and architecture teams.
•    Collaborate across architecture, design, and software teams to drive innovation end-to-end.
