NIT Warangal Hiring for Summer Internship Program

• Duration: The internship duration is between May 11 to July 10, 2026.

 
NIT Warangal is inviting applications for a Summer Internship Programme 2026 with the objective to encourage ambitious, bright B.Tech., MBA, M.Sc., and Integrated M.Sc. students from different Institutes in India (other than NIT Warangal) to pursue an innovative research and development project under the guidance of NIT Warangal faculty.
FELLOWSHIP AND OTHER FACILITIES
Fellowship or other financial assistance will not be provided.
 Laboratory, Library Facilities (without borrowing) and internet facilities.
Medical facility (consultation with a doctor at Institute dispensary).
Mess charges will have to be borne by the students.

HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
 On-campus hostel accommodation is free for the selected students. The hostels are well-equipped with the following amenities:
 Shared occupancy based on availability. Rooms are Non-AC. Cot, bucket and mug will be provided. Students should bring their own locks.
 Wi-Fi connectivity and study halls
 24/7 security and medical support
Mess facility providing hygienic and nutritious food
 Recreational areas, gym, and sports facilities
Laundry and housekeeping services
The selected students are required to pay Rs. 7,500 as mess charges for two months in advance, which is non-refundable, and a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2,500 for accommodation.

ELIGIBILITY
 The student should be free in the above-mentioned period;
otherwise, he/she should not apply. The intern must stay on campus for the entire internship period to get the certificate. Late joining or early leaving requests will not be entertained.
 The applicant must have all grade sheets from the previous semesters.
 Only B.E./B.Tech students with a good academic record who have appeared/appearing in their 6th semester examination are eligible (first, second, and final year students are not eligible).
 M.Sc. / MBA students (final-year students are not eligible) with a good academic record who have appeared in the 2nd semester examination are eligible.
