The Google Cloud Silicon team is expanding in India, and we are looking for world-class Physical Design experts to build the next generation of custom silicon—including our industry-leading TPUs (Tensor Processing Units).
From defining the architecture of large-scale SoCs to pushing the boundaries of power, performance, and area (PPA) at advanced process nodes, our team is at the heart of the AI revolution. We are hiring for multiple roles across leadership and individual contributor levels:
???? Leadership Roles:
SoC Physical Design Lead (People Manager) – Drive execution and strategy for complex Cloud SoCs.
Silicon SoC Chip Lead (Technical Lead) – Lead end-to-end delivery of high-performance silicon.
???? Core Physical Design & Execution:
Physical Design Floorplan Engineer – Define and drive to the implementation of SoC Floorplan.
Silicon Physical Design Engineer – Define and drive to the implementation of block/SS physical design.
???? Specialized Engineering:
Physical Verification Engineer – Drive PV of one or more physical design partitions or/and top level
EMIR Analysis & Optimization – Drive EMIR of one or more physical design partitions or/and top level
STA Engineering - Drive Static Timing Analysis closure, timing constraints, and sign-off for high-frequency AI accelerators.
