We’re Hiring: Associate Engineer/Engineer 1 - Software Design (1–4 Years Experience)

Silicon Labs is seeking passionate engineers to join our team in developing next-generation Bluetooth Classic & BLE stack solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working on embedded systems, low-level protocols, and cutting-edge wireless technologies.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop & enhance Bluetooth protocol stack (Classic & BLE)
- Work on key protocols: GATT, GAP, L2CAP, SMP & audio profiles (HFP, LE Audio)
- Debug interoperability & system-level issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controller, systems, validation)
- Contribute to high-quality, scalable & maintainable code

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in embedded software development (C/C++)
- Strong understanding of Bluetooth Classic/BLE fundamentals
- Experience with RTOS & multi-threaded systems
- Solid grasp of MCU concepts (interrupts, memory, peripherals)
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and ownership

Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Bluetooth stack or controller development
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools in development workflows
