IIT Hyderabad is hiring 5G Software Engineers ..!!
The 5G R&D program at IIT Hyderabad is looking for engineers to work on production-grade RAN software, built to 3GPP and O-RAN standards.
Open Roles (4 Positions):
O-RAN Fronthaul Engineer — 1 position
L1 Engineer, Physical Layer — 3 positions
Who should apply: B.Tech (ECE/EE) or M.Tech, 0–3 years of experience. Strong C/C++ is a must; MATLAB, wireless fundamentals, and low-level optimization are big pluses. Sharp freshers are very welcome.
If you want to work where the software meets the antenna, this is one of the few places in India where you can build the 5G stack from the spec up. Genuinely a great launchpad for a career in wireless systems.
