BMW TechWorks India - Senior DevOps Engineer
We’re Hiring at BMW TechWorks India! 

We are looking for a Python DevOps Engineer with experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, developing Python-based solutions, and ensuring reliable application deployments across cloud environments.

 We’re looking for:

  Role: Sr. DevOps Engineer
Location: Pune (Head Office)
 Experience: 6 - 9 years 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, automation scripts, and operational tools.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Implement containerization solutions using Docker.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment and release processes.
• Implement security best practices, logging, monitoring, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• 6–9 years of experience in Python development and DevOps engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Linux, Shell scripting, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with Terraform.
