ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
 

• Target Audience: Open to candidates across all academic years, current students from any batch, and recent graduates.
• General Duration: 3 to 6 months (on-site, full-time).
• 2027 Passing Out Batch: Minimum commitment of 9 months (on-site, full-time).
• Work Mode: Full-time on-site commitment (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day).
• Departments: ECE, CSE, IT, and related engineering disciplines.
• Location: Candela Technologies, Visakhapatnam (On-site).
• Core Domains: Computer Networking, Wireless Communications, Embedded Systems, Computer Science.

 
CRITICAL RE-APPLICATION POLICY

• Candidates who have already applied or attended hiring drives for Candela internships between July 1st and August 30th are not eligible to attend this hiring process.

COMPENSATION & FULL-TIME CONVERSION

• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month plus accommodation allowance (T&Cs apply).
• Full-Time Conversion: Upon successful completion of the internship and conversion to a full-time role, the compensation will start at a minimum of INR 6 LPA, with the possibility of a higher package based on performance.

POSITION

• Role: Wireless Systems Engineering Intern
• Key Focus Areas: Computer Networking, Wireless Communications, Wi-Fi Protocols, and leveraging AI Tools.

MANDATORY PREREQUISITE FOR 2027 PASSOUTS : COLLEGE NOC & ATTENDANCE

• Selected students must secure and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their college administration/TPO approving a full-time, 9-month on-site internship from September 15, 2026, to June 14, 2027. They should carry this NOC to the interview
• Academic Flexibility: Interns are required to work on-site for 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Short-term permissions will be accommodated specifically for attending official semester examinations and mandatory final-year project reviews at college.

WALK-IN SCHEDULE & DATES Candidates can choose to attend the walk-in evaluation on any one of the upcoming three Fridays at 9:00 AM:

• Slot 1: Friday, 4th September 2026
• Slot 2: Friday, 11th September 2026
• Slot 3: Friday, 18th September 2026

Note: Once you register via this form, you may directly walk in on your preferred Friday. No separate confirmation email is required.
EVALUATION PROCESS (SAME-DAY DRIVE) The complete assessment cycle will be conducted on your chosen Friday:

• Stage 1: Group Discussion (GD)
  
  • Focuses on fundamentals of computer networking, Wi-Fi technologies, software testing concepts, clarity of thought, and communication skills.
• Stage 2: Technical Interview
  
  • Shortlisted candidates from the GD will proceed immediately to core wireless, networking, and problem-solving rounds.
• Stage 3: Final Interview
  
  • Focuses on practical engineering depth, hands-on project understanding, and domain fit.
  • Added Advantage: Practical experience with AI tools or relevant software/hardware projects.
