• Business Analyst (Pune & New Delhi) Eligibility Criteria o B-Tech or BE from top 100 colleges in India o Percentage Cut-off – 70% (7 CGPA) and above. For Pune University 60% and above o Experience: 0-20 Months
• Business Associate Consultant (Pune & New Delhi) Eligibility Criteria o B-Tech or BE and MBA from Tier 1 School with minimum of 24 months of experience Quantitative, Qualitative or Market Research type of projects o Any engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience along with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required (business, economics, marketing, physical or life sciences, engineering, operations research, management science, applied mathematics, statistics or econometrics)
• Business Consultant (Pune & New Delhi) Eligibility Criteria o MBA with bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees in engineering, business, psychology or physical/life sciences with a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work. Alternately, candidates may possess a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application. In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 5-8 years of relevant work experience may substitute. o Strong analytical problem solving skills, with a creative & innovative outlook and attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

• Operations Delivery Associate (Pune) Eligibility Criteria o BSc (all branches), BBA, BA (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics), BCA, M.A (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics).
