Position Description
• Experience in Level-2 application support (Production Environment) within stringent SLA.
• Experience in writing complex DB queries, PL-SQL blocks and Unix shell script.
• Handling issues by performing in depth analysis, interacting with users to understand problem and escalation to respective teams for problem resolution.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and understand a wide variety of business and technical subjects.
• Good understanding of Incident & Problem management practices as per ITIL standards.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills, excellent Communication skills and great sense of urgency.
• 24*7 shift job
Work Experience: 1-3 yrs. 
Qualification: B. Tech. (CS/IT) / MCA
Skills required: Oracle, SQL, PL SQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, Visual Basic, Remedy or similar ticket management tool.
