Role/Job Description: 
Experience Qualifications: 
·       Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration 
·       Ability to Perform installations, integration, upgrades and patch applications to SAP software products, including ERP, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, XI, Portals,MDM, GRC and other SAP components 
·       Experience with mixed server environment covering both UNIX and Wintel servers using Oracle, SAPDB, DB2, and SQL Server databases 
·       Experience with DBA and SAP administration functions including security, transport (TMS) configuration and execution, patch maintenance, problem debugging, and applying OSS notes 
Position Skills: 
·       Acting as the central point of contact for our consulting practice in support of our external clients and internal initiatives 
·       Performing system builds and transition activities to jumpstart client initiatives 
·       Implementing standards and best practices for using the latest SAP products, virtualization, and other technologies 
·       Supporting the needs of the practitioners (creating user ids, creating new SAP clients, trouble-shooting problems, etc). Includes 3rd level SAP technical support, logging problems with SAP on SAPNet 
·       Supporting Deloitte clients with Technical administration, remote and onsite support in areas of BASIS infrastructure with installations, maintenance and other related BASIS functions.  Provide technical support for the Firm’s Solution Centers (internal needs) and other internal initiatives 
·       Managing individual projects within the SNET with minimal guidance and point of contact support for all project technical related issues 
·       Developing and maintaining technical documentation for SNET personnel and practitioners.  This includes installation guides, upgrade guides, deployment guides, and other technical manuals/whitepapers 
  
  
 PeopleSoft Admin – Consultant – Hyderabad/Bangalore  
Role/Job Description: 
·       Deep technical understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, people tools, administration, 3-5 years. 
·       Hands on experience in performing installation of available versions of Peoplesoft application (9.x) and PeopleTools (8.5x) 
·       Expertise in implementing Change management using PUM, change assistant by handling applying bundles , patches and maintenance packs 
·       Well versed with the PeopleSoft upgrade approach which includes both tools and application upgrades 
·       Experience in configuring PeopleSoft Change Assistant and the templates required for tools/application upgrade 
·       Sound knowledge in Handling Integration Broker setup,  configuration and troubleshooting 
·       Capable of maintaining Peoplesoft and Oracle environments, tools, utilities, configurations, monitoring, backup and recovery, job scheduling, release management, and compliance 
·       Expertise in troubleshooting Peoplesoft server and environmental infrastructure related issues 
·       Proficiency in completing Peoplesoft infrastructure deliverables like hardware sizing solution architecture, technical architecture based on the functional specifications and business requirements. 
·       Solid hands-on experience on PeopleSoft environment refreshes and cloning 
·       Familiarity in Handling Peoplesoft Migrations. 
·       Experience in Installation and configuration of Secure enterprise search 
  
Experience Qualifications: 
·       3 to 8 years of relevant technology consulting experience. 
·       Extensive experience managing projects of varying sizes. 
·       Broad technical background with sound knowledge of systems sizing and architecture 
·       Experience managing technical teams and influencing the troubleshooting efforts 
·       Working in a Production Support Organization a plus. 
·       Experience developing statements of work and/or client proposals 
·       Prior Big-4 consulting experience highly desired 
·       Creative person who has developed innovative approaches to developing solutions 
·       Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance 
·       Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills 
·       Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. 
·       Eagerness to mentor junior staff. 
·       Good understanding of Oracle’s product line; RDBMS, Application or Application Server suite of products. 
·       Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience. 
·       An advanced degree/Certification in the area of specialization is preferred. 
  
Linux: 
Experience: 7 to 10Yrs 
Job Description: 
·       Supported various flavors of Linux/Unix Operating Systems at L2/L3 Levels viz. RHEL, Solaris, HP UX, AIX and Open Source Linux operating systems. 
·       Experienced on migration of Linux/Unix from P2V, V2V and Public Cloud. 
·       Hands on experience on managing and maintaining of various OEM Hardware (Dell, HP, IBM, etc.) and Public Cloud offerings.
·       Have deep understanding of implementation of HA and DR clusters for Linux/Unix servers of various flavors. 
·       Should be able to configure backup and restore of Linux/Unix servers. 
·       Have handled or executed upgrade or cross platform migration of Linux servers from Windows, AIX, HPUX and vice versa. 
·       Should have a good knowledge of networking protocols and different storage options (NAS, SAN and DAS). 
  
Networking: 
Experience: 5 – 10Yrs 
Job Experience: 
·       Hands on experience on various networking hardware devices (viz. Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Citrix, Sonic Wall, Check Point, BIG IP, HP, Barracuda, etc.). 
·       Worked on the installation/configuration and management of firewall, routers, load balancers. Switches, etc. clusters, HA and DR. 
·       Have been involved in network sizing for servers and applications hosted on WAN. 
·       Worked on migration of cross platform devices. 
·       Hands on experience in designing and implementation of LAN, MAN and WAN infrastructures for large DCs. 
·       Implemented and managed various SAN network infrastructure environments for various levels. 
·       In-depth knowledge of networking protocols TCP/IP, OSPF, RIP, BGP, EGP, EIGRP, IGRP, UDP, etc. 
  
Storage: 
Experience: 5 – 10Yrs 
Job Experience: 
·       Supported various hardware viz. IBM, Hitachi, EMC, NetApp, etc.. 
·       Implemented storage clusters, replications, HA and DR over LAN, MAN and WAN. 
·       Designed and implemented storage architectures for large enterprises. 
·       Involved in cross platform migrations of data and consolidation of Storage environment across data centers present globally for large customers. 
·       Involved in designing and implementation of backup environment using hybrid cloud infrastructure. 
·       Have good knowledge and hands on experience on implementation and resolution of storage replications over LAN, MAN and WAN. 
·       Managed and maintained enterprise class level of tape libraries. 
·       Have hands on experience on various enterprise class backup tools viz. IBM, Symantec, EMC, HP, CommVault, CA, etc. 
Informatica: 
Experience: 3 – 5Yrs 
Job Experience: 
·       Three to Five years prior work experience in information technology, with a minimum of Two year work experience with Informatica products 
·       Strong Experience with at least one of the following packages: Informatica Power Center, Informatica MDM,  Informatica B2B Data Transformation, Informatica B2B Data Exchange, Informatica PowerExchange 
·       Extensive experience in installing, configuring, administering, tuning, and troubleshooting BI/DW platforms in Virtual Windows and Unix (AIX, Solaris, HPUX, Linux) environment. 
·       DBA skills with at least one of the following are a plus: Oracle 10g, DB2 9.0 or SQL Server 2005. 
·       Knowledge of Middleware packages (WebSphere,  Weblogic , WebMethods or Tibco etc) is a plus. 
·       Experience in Production level support for onsite and offshore teams during their development life cycle is a plus. 
·       Experience in migrating applications from development/test environments to production including customization 
·       Active participation in infrastructure architecture, such as hardware sizing, effort estimation and security 
·       Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance 
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. 
·       Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, science, engineering or equivalent field. 
·       Prior consulting experience highly desired.
