Job Description
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Pega experience
- Experience working on at least one Agile Scrum based project
- Hands on experience with the Pega PRPC tool and good with features like Discovery Maps, Case Management etc.
- Knowledge of various Software Development Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Smart BPM & Pega Scrum etc.
- Good understanding of SDLC and UHG IT tools and processes
- Experience in understanding business requirements for BPM and BAM applications
- Should be self-driven and individual contributor
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on at least one Agile Scrum based project as Developer/Individual Contributor
- Provider touch point program knowledge
- US Healthcare domain knowledge
