Job Description
1. Will be responsible for developing new functionality/features, enhance existing functionality and fix defects as part of ongoing and maintenance releases - being able to analyze issues independently and find solutions2. Good coding skills and technical aptitude. Should be able to contribute to design of new features if needed and mainly translate it into implementation with good quality.

4. More of an individual contributor role
Demonstrated Experience
Deep knowledge of Linux Kernel/OS, Device drivers, file system storage, security, networking, open source
1. Good knowledge of Telecom domain and SIP/VOIP protocols - understanding of signalling flows etc.
2. Demonstrated aptitude for programming in C and C++ - strong programming and design skills. Strong OS Concepts : good working knowledge of Unix/Linux
3. Exposure to tools like JIRA, SVN.
4. Demonstrate programming and design skills
4. Good communication skills: Strong verbal, written communication.
5. Team player & good interpersonal skills: Should be able to work well in a team.
6. Good technical aptitude : Should have proven analytical / problem solving ability
7. Very good troubleshooting skills.
8. Ability to groom the team, identify competency gaps and develop a plan to increase their competency
