Technical & Professional Requirements
Definition of Services: ,To provide SAP TM Technical (with ABAP) services for implementation, upgrade & support project ,Scope of Services:,Troubleshoot and resolve the issues within committed time frame.,Create & modify technical specifications for developments in scope of project,Development of new code as per requirements of the project,Modify existing code as per requirements of the project,Work on code fixes, bug fixes, defects across multiple phases of project,Coordinate and work with onsite & offshore functional & technical folks ,Help for any code review and quality of solution requirements,Ensure all changes made are tracked properly via Release management or transport trackers along with proper sequencing and dependencies specified,Provide technical support required during all phases of implementation, upgrade, rollout, steady state support project.,Work with Release manager to track and manage transport movements from Dev to Production system,In case of std SAP defects, create OSS messages and interact with Basis, SAP and functional team to take issues to resolution,Mentor & train offshore resources if required to ensure smooth delivery of project,Ensure that all assigned deliverables are completed and transitioned, handed over before moving out of the project,Attend knowledge transition sessions to take over system knowledge from incumbent vendor.,Work in Global delivery model coordinating with Offshore teams for communicating requirements, training, developments, release management etc.,Experience:3 - 10yrs or more experience in SAP ABAP including hands-on experience in SAP TM
