Job Description

Required technical skills: Sound knowledge in conducting Patent searches and coming up with search strategy and Patentability Report Should be familiar with prior-art search tools (including paid and free databases) Able to draft patent applications (based on jurisdiction) Should be able to come up with quality claim set based on the inventive concept Should be well versed in handling and responding to  Office Actions / Examination Reports,review patent applications and Office Actions Solid expertise in patent filing procedures & patent laws of various jurisdictions, specifically India, US & Europe Should be able to interact with foreign attorneys independently Additional qualification in Patents Law is preferable
Required functional skills: Sound knowledge on the types of rejections in an Office Action and addressing the rejections     Ability to work independently & able manage small teams

Eligibility Criteria BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with minimum 2 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience.
Bsc Graduates with minimum 2.5+ years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience.
Only Full Time courses would be considered. Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)  
Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
