The Software R&D group at National Instruments is seeking an engineer for the LabVIEW Layout team.
Job Title: Staff Software Engineer
Location : Bangalore
Requirements
* M.Tech or MS in computer science, computer engineering from a reputed university(IITs or NITs in India or from a reputed foreign university)
* 2 to 5 years of experience in software development in C# or C++
* Demonstrated ability in:
o Problem-solving.
o Strong understanding of Data Structures and algorithms.
o Effectively diagnosing technical issues and proposing solid solutions
o Proficiency in graph algorithms and visualization is an added bonus.
Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing very difficult features
* Taking initiative, being a self-starter, and working independently
* Facilitating making appropriate technical decisions
* Working effectively in a group development environment
* Define projects and technologies for a team of engineers
* Ability to communicate effectively
