Manager, IT Service Delivery (5 - 10 yrs)

What we're looking for 
This role is directly responsible for managing the Aristocrat IT Global Service Centre based in Noida, India. Reporting into the Global Manager, IT Service Delivery this role has a high level of visibility and criticality to the support and operations of the global IT Services. 

The Global Service Centre will be the first and single point of contact for all IT related incidents and Service Requests, globally within Aristocrat with 24/ 7 service coverage. The Global Service Centre will also provide proactive monitoring, basic troubleshooting & escalations of all Application, Infrastructure Server & Network related issues
 

Senior Technical Writer (7 - 10 yrs)

What we're looking for 

• 7 to 10 years of experience in technical writing and document preparation or its equivalent. 
• Preferably from a product driven company. 
• Skills, knowledge, and qualifications: 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Indesign 
• Exposure to Photoshop, RoboHelp, MS Visio & Agile development methodology Strong communication skills including verbal and written ability and analytical reasoning are necessary. 

Architect ( 10 + yrs )

What we're looking for 

• Requires a minimum of 2- 3 years experience acting as an architect for large enterprise level software projects. 
• Requires a minimum of 2- 4 years of experience with Angular, JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, RESTful Web Services, MS SQL database. 
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in writing Windows or Linux programs. 
• Strong experience to Microsoft.NET technology stack. 
• Prior experience in enterprise environment and dealing with 3rd party integrations. 
• Proficiency in modeling environments such as Unified Modeling Language (UML). 
• Must have strong analytical and creative problem- solving skills. 
• Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 Senior Art Role/ Art Director( 14 -20 yrs)

• Exceptional commercial portfolio that showcases an advanced understanding of design and animation principals.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator
• Experience in managing several teams across multiple products
• Experience directing illustrators, animators and other staff
• Experience in managing teams across multiple locations
• Experience in all areas of the product life cycle including pre-production, development, and testing.
• Excellent project management and planning skills 
• Solid communication skills, both verbal, written and visual.
• Ability to eloquently and passionately present to large teams. 
• Strong technical understanding of game development which included various engines, tools, source control and more. Experience working closely with Heads of Development, Marketing and Product.
• Knowledge of Jira and Perforce version control software a plus

Test Engineer II (5 -  7 yrs)

• Understands SDLC/ STLC and AGILE methodologies and core testing skills
• Individual contributor Should be adaptable to the changes / business needs
• Good at understanding the requirements and convert them into test scenarios
• Good at logical reasoning - Having consistent in analytical/ logical thinking and problem- solving skills
• Well versed with Selenium/ Cucumber Framework and can write automation scripts.
• Communication skills - We are looking for the candidate who is good at explanation
• Someone who can plan his work with time management 

Sr Technical Artist II ( 3 – 5 yrs)

• Must have at least three years professional art development experience. 
• Strong working knowledge of the standard art development tools like Adobe CS Suite - Photoshop , Illustrator & After effects , 3DS Max / VRay , AlienBrian. 
• Bachelor s / Master s degree in Fine Arts or related field , or equivalent work experience 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills , effective inter - personal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff. 
• Strong ability to take visual concepts and produce required art. 
• Broad working knowledge of technical issues in graphics , such as rendering , performance , streaming and memory management 
• Extensive knowledge of platform constraints , understanding of software tools , and graphic production process. 
• Able to give effective critiques and also take feedback & criticism. 
• Ability to multi - task. 

Sr Engineer I - Audio Assistant ( 2 – 5 yrs)

• Some experience working on games , Experience with audio editing software 
• Strong knowledge of how audio functions in games (experience in gaming preferred) 
• Strong proficiency with a Digital Audio Workstation such as Logic Pro , Pro Tools , Cubase , Digital Performer , or Sonar. 
• Basic knowledge of 5.1 surround systems 

Test Engineer II ( 2 – 5 yrs)

• Strong experience in quality assurance and in developing automation frameworks and automated tests 
• Expertise with front end automated testing tools such as Selenium and any others 
• Experience with back end services automated testing tools such as DevTest 
• Experience in Mobile testing , Data mining , Database testing , Cloud application testing 
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions from the testing perspective 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment 
• Programming experience in Javascript and/or Java 
• Hands - on experience in setting up continuous integration (CI) or continuous testing (CT) build environments using the current tools available.

Game Mathematician ( 1.5 – 5 yrs)

The Game designer will: 

• Participate in designing all aspects of a game design including entertainment, pacing, mathematical outcomes, and player communication. 
• Have meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal math models. 
• Generate initial and final excel- based math models and combination sheets. 
• Test mathematical outcomes to assure quality and that accurate calculations are achieved (through excel) . 

Goals: 

• Understand the game design concepts for multiple products in the games portfolio
• Understand and Deliver mathematical design documents for assigned projects and follow its full implementation through the development process
