| Overview | This position is for an experienced WLAN Sr. Systems engineer with deep understanding of IEEE 802.11 Physical layer and MAC layer protocols and hands on experience with implementing WLAN modems. Successful candidate will be leading the WLAN Systems Team working closely with Product Marketing and Engineering to understand Customer requirements, Design and provide KPIs for new features, work with Engineering and Application engineering on implementing and debugging features, working with management team on Project scoping and planning, on multiple projects. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of related industry experience in the following: - WLAN Systems/Algorithm expertise - Signal processing expertise, MIMO schemes, Beamforming, Multi-User MIMO, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Greater than 12 years of IEEE 802.11 Physical layer and MAC Layer design experience |
