Technical and Professional Requirements- •minimum 5 years of experience required in Design and development of Integration or SOA solutions using TIBCO BW.,•Development of CEP/BRM solutions using TIBCO Business Events ,•Working knowledge on build and deployment of TIBCO Admin., ,•Working knowledge of TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Adapters.,•Ability to lead and mentor team members,•Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills,•Strong customer facing experience/skills,•Strong communication skills and ability to articulate business solutions,•Experience, desire and flexibility to work in a Global delivery environment

Responsibilities- • Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.,• Lead small projects.,• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
