Technical and Professional Requirements- 1. Minimum 2 years of experience, demonstrating expert knowledge of SAP EHSM – Incident Management and SAP Product Safety and Stewardship Management (on HANA is added advantage) in order to guide large and complex consulting assignments and advice customer on industry best practices,2.Having strong knowledge of Industry Product Compliance processes, integrations with logistic modules and ,3.Demonstrated end to end process knowledge and having implementation experience for following processes, ,• Regulatory Content Management, ,• REACH, RoHS, China RoHS and Product Compliance Management, ,• Product Safety Compliance Management ,• Compliance check process,• EHSM – Incident Management,• Campaign Management,• BOMBOS,• MSDS Generation using SAP and /or custom solution,• Custom compliance solutions,4.Demonstrate working knowledge of standard and custom compliance reports and should be able to deliver the standard solution for the same. ,5.Have hands on experience on integration with different SAP or non-SAP systems.,6.Manage/conduct client blueprinting workshops, understand the customer As-Is processes/system landscape, drive the harmonization of complex to-be processes, define the to-be system landscape and get the customer sign off of the blueprint ,7.Manage complex engagements, engage in providing strategic consulting to customers & resolving complex issues , provide inputs on approach & solution and design overall solution,8.Having strong knowledge of HANA platforms and able to understand custom compliance solution and map with standard SAP HANA Solution,9.Anticipates customer needs, demonstrates industry understanding and advise the customer on the trends in the market & solutions to industry specific processes,10.Should have very good understanding of SAP EHSM solution on HANA 1709 version and should be aware of future road map in order to propose related solutions.
