The number is 27 as:
sum if its digits = 2+ 7 = 9
and when you triple = 3 * 9 = 27 = original number

3(x+y)=xy
x=3y(3y-3)
only for y=2 x is a interger So , the value of x is 2
Then pair the 2 with different value of y and it satisfies for 7
