Job Description

Designation:  Manager
Responsibility
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and business processes. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.      Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, processes, and technologies.
2.      Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
3.      Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
4.      Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing robust data governance and business practices.
6.      Provide leadership and guidance to BI analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
7.      Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics, recommending and implementing new technologies and         methodologies as appropriate.
8.      Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders clearly.
9.      Knowledge of implementing CMMI processes across Dashboards.
 
Qualifications:
•        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
•        Proven experience (7-10 years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
•        Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
•        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
•        Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI and similar platforms.
•        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•        Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
•        Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.
•        Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
