Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer specializing in Data Factory and Synapse environments to play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation of CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure DevOps services, particularly in managing, and deploying migration pipelines.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, Configure, and manage reliable build and release((CI/CD)) pipelines for ADF and Synapse Environment's using Azure DevOps.
Implement best practices for code versioning, branching, policy management, and release management within Azure DevOps.
Perform regular monitoring, logging, and auditing of CI/CD activities to ensure integrity, security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using Azure DevOps and other relevant tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and release pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in DevOps practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer with a focus on Data Factory and Synapse environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and experience in managing code repositories within Azure DevOps.
Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Azure Administrator Associate (preferred).
